MCL Companies, known for helping to shape the cityscape of Chicago with residential high-rises, has set out to develop a luxurious high-rise condo in Atlanta’s hottest new neighborhood - Lindbergh. The development, Skyline at Lindbergh, offers 21 stories of spacious floorplans, floor to ceiling windows and exceptional amenities. Due to the superb location and fantastic features, interested homebuyers are coming from all over the United States to purchase a new condo at Skyline at Lindbergh and to take advantage of the fabulous pre-sell prices. Skyline at Lindbergh features SkyHomes priced from the $180,000s to $600,000s, and is scheduled for a Spring 2009 completion.

While the development is still under construction, Chuck and Joan Jackson have already reserved their SkyHome at Skyline at Lindbergh. The Jacksons live in Colorado, but frequently fly into the Atlanta airport and stay a few days before traveling to Brasstown, North Carolina where they both teach at the John C. Campbell Folk School. The couple enjoys spending time in Atlanta, and decided it was time to purchase a home of their own rather than continue to use hotel accommodations.

“When we travel to the John C. Campbell Folk School, we always fly into Hartsfield-Jackson Airport and usually try to spend a few days in Atlanta,” said Chuck Jackson. “We have been doing this for years and decided it was time to purchase our own space so we wouldn’t have to worry with hotel arrangements. We love Skyline. Our one bedroom SkyHome, with its open floorplan, offers plenty of space for the two of us to live comfortably. In addition, we are on the eighth floor and will have a great view overlooking Atlanta. It truly is a great value.”

While Skyline at Lindbergh offered the Jacksons a perfect sized SkyHome at the right price, location played an important role in the final decision. Since they always arrive at Atlanta through Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, they wanted to find a place of residence that would give them easy access to the airport. Skyline at Lindbergh is within walking distance of the Lindbergh MARTA station, allowing the Jacksons to purchase Senior MARTA passes and easily commute from the airport to their Atlanta home. Also, Skyline’s location offers close proximity to GA 400, making trips to North Carolina easy to navigate.

"We really feel that Lindbergh is about to explode with great residential developments, retail and restaurants in the years to come,” said Chuck Jackson. “In Denver, we live in a high-rise development that we bought in an up-and-coming area because, like Lindbergh, we knew the area was quickly growing. There are already signature restaurants and shops within walking distance of Skyline, and the famous dining excursions of Buckhead are only minutes away. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase, and we look forward to the continued growth of the area.”

SkyHomes will offer 700 to 2,400 square feet of living space and an array of upgrades which are included at no additional charge. All SkyHomes from the eighth floor and up offer phenomenal views of the city, and every SkyHome includes 10-foot ceilings, granite countertops, Bosch stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, spacious bathrooms and floor to ceiling windows.

Skyline at Lindberg will also offer an array of fabulous amenities which are not typically found in many condominium high-rises in the Atlanta area. Amenities include a pool with waterfalls, sun deck, cabanas, a SkyClub and exercise room. There is also a spacious lawn area where residents may mingle, enjoy afternoon picnics with friends and family or play bocce ball.
