Stay in Cumming for a Romantic Valentine's Day Dinner

The Foster House wishes to invite you to our very special Valentine's Dinner on Tuesday night, February 14th. We will be serving -- by reservation only-- a four course meal with three choices for appetizer, salad, entree courses and a dessert sampler platter... served with a complementary glass of champagne or sparkling juice.

Foster House Valentine’s Menu

$45 per person


We will begin your meal with a complementary glass of champagne or sparkling grape juice. Each couple will also receive a delicious treat to take home to remember this special night.

You may choose one item from each of the four courses:

Hors’doeurves:


*Scallop Stuffed Mushrooms, Succulent Sea scallops blended with Parmesan and stuffed in mushroom caps.

*Cheese Fondue, a smooth blend of melted cheeses served in a bread bowl for dipping, with assorted vegetables, fruits & breads.

*Shrimp Pablano Chowder, A creamy shrimp & corn chowder that is complemented with the pablano pepper for a subtle kick of spice!

Salads:


*Spinach & Strawberry Salad, tender baby spinach, fresh sweet strawberries, toasted pecans, and crumbled feta cheese topped with strawberry vinaigrette.

*Julius Caesar Salad, crispy Romaine with creamy dressing, handmade croutons, and shredded Parmesan.

*Spring Gardens Salad, mixed greens topped with cheddar cheese, bacon bits, a tomato wedge, croutons and your choice of dressing.

Entrees:

(Each served with steamed whole fresh green beans & your choice of Loaded Smashed Potatoes, Cinnamon Honey Sweet Potato Medallions, or Wild Mushroom Risotto)

*Chicken Saltimbocca, a sage-crusted boneless breast of chicken topped with a melted blend of cheese.


*Salmon Scallop En Croute, Salmon steak with sea scallops dressed in phyllo dough with a creamy and tangy Dijon Sauce.

*Petit Filet Mignon & Lobster Tail, 4 oz. Filet Mignon grilled and topped with a merlot demi glace served with a lobster tail steamed and dipped in butter.

Desserts:


*Couple’s Dessert Platter, Each couple will share a platter of assorted desserts including Rich Chocolate Mousse in Phyllo Cups, Personal Mini Cheesecakes, and Homemade Valentine’s Scottish Shortbread.
