Edna M. Wallace

Edna M. Wallace, 94, died October 30th at Cumming Nursing Manor in Cumming, GA.

Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late John and Cynthia (Clark) Phillips. She attended Oswego schools and taught Sunday School for many years at the West Baptist Church. Mrs. Wallace worked as a seamstress at Omsted and Alma Foundations. She resided in Oswego most of her life before moving to Georgia to be with her family.

She is predeceased by her husband Donald A. Wallace in 1986, her first husband Frank Bliach and three brothers, Carl, Harry and Richard Phillips.

Surviving are her son Donald (Shirley) of Georgia, her grand children Kimberly (John) Williams of Iowa, Jamie (Beth) Wallace of Georgia, four great grandchildren, Alex and Connor Williams, Hannah and Samuel Wallace.

Services for Edna Wallace will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at the Nelson Funeral Home, 11 West Albany St. Calling hours will be held 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Nelson Funeral Home, corner of West Second and Albany St., Oswego.

Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
